It would be very fast to add items from the list of crossed off items if that list remained in colour order.

So if you have all your vegetables/fruit first in the shop, and you choose those all to be categorised as Blue, then when you have crossed them off, they should all be in order on the crossed off list. This would make it much easier to find items in your crossed off list to tap and add them. You can think about the items you want, section by section in the supermarket, rather than simply by the order you crossed them off previously.

I find it very hard and time consuming to edit and organise the list of items. I want to be able to easily colour each item so that when I go into that shop, I do the Blue coloured things first, then Green then Pink etc... At the moment you have to click on the pen, then choose a colour for each item. This takes a long time... it would be much better to be able to multiple select items, then colour them as a group, or to drag and drop to order the items in order of the colours.

Könnte man das Textfeld nicht größer machen, z.B. mehrzeilig? Besonders, wenn mein Mann mir für den Baumarkt noch eine EAN mitgibt, damit ich ihm nicht das falsche Teil mitbringe ;-) , ist das Textfeld etwas kurz und man muss mehrere Einträge daraus machen.

It would be great to have a consolidated view of all items of all lists (on the smartphone as well as in the printed list).

The interface is so simple I think that translating it would take an hour or so at most. Please consider me ready to help you with this task!
