Please include users' original message in support replies

When I write to support I most of the times forget about it after sending. The support replies, however, only include the reply and a case number and do little to remind me of my original inquiry. It would be great if the original messages were quoted in the support replies.
This feature is not related to the app, but to CRM system used for support.
Of course. Nevertheless, it would be great if it was changed.
